Why The Experiment?
Because most of us carry a quiet sense that something’s not quite right.
We feel disconnected, out of rhythm—like we’re out of sync with ourselves.
So we look for fixes.
A new habit. A fresh start. A better routine.
But we rarely pause to capture where we actually began.
Without that honest reflection, we lose track of what’s shifting—
and start to believe nothing ever really changes.
But maybe it’s not that nothing is changing—maybe we’re just not seeing it clearly.
Because most of the time, we skip the part where we pause.
The part where we ask deeper questions, the ones that actually matter:
What’s really going on here?
And what am I actually looking for?
That’s what The Experiment is about.
Not a new set of rules.
Not another protocol to follow.
But a space to slow down, observe, and gently excavate the patterns beneath our everyday choices.
Because this is where I believe the magic lies—
in the powerful moments that return us to ourselves.
I often wonder… where did we go?
Not geographically, but us.
The true nature of each of us—beneath the habits, the routines, the distractions, and the stories.
The part that remembers the simplicity of a good life.
We don’t resist the life we want because we’re lazy or undisciplined.
We resist because there’s something hidden beneath the surface—
a feeling, a fear, a story—we’ve never quite had the space to meet.
But what if, instead of fixing or forcing… we simply observed?
This is the essence of The Art & Science of Being Human—
a body of work I share with Claire,
and a space where we explore what it means to be fully alive,
fully feeling,
and deeply responsible for the lives we’re creating.
The Experiment is one way into that work.
A guided space to meet yourself where you are—
and to use data as a powerful mirror.
Not to measure success or failure,
but to reflect that you’re showing up, paying attention,
and moving in the direction you want to go.
Each time you document your experience,
you’re not just collecting numbers—
you’re creating a record of where you’ve been,
what’s shifting,
and what’s ready to be seen.
✨ With a compassionate guide—me—
a bit of data, and a whole lot of curiosity…
we start to listen.
We start to see.
And in that space, things begin to shift.
You can join The Experiment anytime.
I can’t wait to see you in there.
Love Hayley
